Practice Coordinator
Jackie Osborne
Jackie has over 30 years dental experience. She began her dental nursing career with Dr Richard Fentiman, the previous principal of 19 Bell Street.
Today Jackie is our Practice Co-ordinator, which means that she gets to manage all of us. She oversees all patient care, as well as assisting in the dental surgeries.
Recent training has included courses in Practice Management (Jan 2010), Implant Training for Dental Nurses (April 2010) and Medical Emergencies (May 2010)..
Hygienist
Robyn King Dip.Dent.Hygiene London 2004
Robyn is our Hygienist; her main role is to help the dentists keep our patients free from gum disease. Robyn started her career as a dental nurse and as her interest in Dentistry grew she gained further qualifications graduating as a Hygienist in 2004.
Dental Nurses
Lorraine Nuttall
Lorraine qualified from the Glasgow Dental Hospital in 1997. After working in general practice she decided on a change of career, becoming an Air Hostess based in Stansted.
Returning to dentistry Lorraine has developed an interest in Implants and will be found assisting our visiting Implantologist.
Recent training has included courses in Impression taking for Dental Nurses (April 2010) and Medical Emergencies (May 2010). Lorraine recently attended various lectures at the Dentistry Show, Birmingham (March 2010).
Kim Asprey
Kim is an experienced dental nurse who qualified in 2005, she has also worked in the beauty and patient care sectors.
Kim has two grown up daughters and a young son and has a keen interest in history, reading and walking with her dog.
Recent training has included a Medical Emergencies course (May 2010).
Gemma Garstang
Gemma is the latest member to join our team; she is training to be a dental nurse and will also be helping out in reception.
Currently attending college to gain her qualifications, working towards her National Certificate in Dental Nursing, Gemma is full of enthusiasm, a fast leaner who enjoys travel and socialising with her friends.
Recent training has included a Medical Emergencies course (May 2010).
